We specialise in the sale of new and pre-owned golf clubs and related golf equipment.
As many of our products are pre-owned:
* Cosmetic wear should be expected.
* Product photographs form part of the item description.
* We make every effort to accurately describe the condition of every item.
* Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
Minor cosmetic marks consistent with the advertised condition are not considered faults.

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend prices without notice.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order before dispatch and issue a full refund.

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order.

9. Selling Golf Clubs to Us
If you sell golf clubs to us:
You confirm that:
* You are the legal owner.
* The clubs are not stolen.
* The clubs are free from finance or security interests.
* The information you provide is accurate.
Any quotation provided before inspection is provisional.
Upon receiving your clubs we will inspect them for:
* Authenticity
* Condition
* Specification
* Damage
* Modifications
If the clubs differ materially from your description we may:
* Reduce our offer;
* Reject the clubs; or
* Return them to you.
Where a revised offer is declined, return postage may be payable by you unless otherwise agreed.
Ownership of accepted clubs transfers to us once payment has been made.

10. Counterfeit Goods
We do not knowingly buy or sell counterfeit golf equipment.
If we reasonably believe equipment supplied to us is counterfeit, stolen or unlawfully obtained, we reserve the right to refuse payment and may report the matter to the appropriate authorities.

Our condition grading reflects our honest assessment of the item.
As grading is subjective, reasonable differences of opinion may exist.
Normal wear consistent with the advertised grade is not grounds for a refund.

Unless otherwise stated:
Pre-owned products are sold without a manufacturer’s warranty.
This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
